The Ohio Department of Commerce created a new website in 2022. I was brought in for phase 2 which required UX design, content development, technical communications and SEO for the Division of Financial Institutions.

Audited existing content, and determined what needs to be updated, removed, or created.
Outdated branding and tone needed to be updated
PDFs needed to be eliminated, unless necessary, which required content to be revamped.

Worked with SMEs to create tailored content or had SMEs draft copy and then I proofed and edited based on website branding and messaging.
